Important Packaging Information:

This product is vacuum sealed in an airless pump mechanism bottle, this means that you get every last drop of product out of the bottle and there is no air inside the bottle so the product keeps fresher and is more hygienic.

However, it means that on the first use you need to pump it anywhere from 50-100 times to first get it started, the Illuminating Veil is a heavily pigmented, concentrated formula which is quite thick so it needs a lot of pumping to initially get it out of the nozzle, once it has been started for the first time, it will continue to flow through the nozzle with ease.

Please do not be tempted to open the bottle as this will let air in and result in you needing to pump it even more than usual to get it started!
